Tensor is made up of a shower fixture, some big nuts, a small pan/cup, an old switch from an electronic device that has the name Tensor on it, a railroad tie, a monument lid and some recycled LED's. He also has several coats of clear automotive paint. 

He ended up with a Picasso'esq look. 

Tensor plugs into the wall to produce two levels of lighting and because they are LED's, they will last forever (they won't even show up on your electric bill because they are so efficient).
